A simple mechanical structure: two fingers operated by a single rotary actuator

Conventional escapements configurations are basically made up of two cylinders and a link. However, our Escapement features a new system that operates two fingers with only one rotary actuator.

A roller and locking cam fit inside the escapement drive the fingers in a sliding motion, therefore providing much stronger stopping capacity than that of the cylinder and link system.
